The Cocktail Bar
A specialist bar set up featuring fun pre-mixed cocktails from local mixologists at The Nook, Weymouth.
Choose two cocktails of your choice from our bespoke list, (mocktail version’s available), served from Penn’s styled bar, during your post-ceremony drinks reception. Includes staff and glassware.
The ‘Dorset’ Gin Bar
A selection of Dorset Gin, (including Conker Bowser alcohol-free if required), with carefully matched tonics and garnish. Served from Penn’s styled bar, during your post-ceremony drinks reception. Includes staff and glassware
The ‘Dorset’ Beer Bath
Penn’s vintage bath, filled to the brim with a selection of local beers and ales from Dorset Brewing Company and Cider from Purbeck Cider Company, on ice. A help yourself service throughout your post-ceremony drinks reception. Includes glassware required.
The Whisky Bar
Set up in the comfort of Penn’s drawing room or library, the after-dinner whiskey bar, will feature a selection of aged single malts, complete with ice and water for an authentic experience. Sit back, relax and enjoy! Includes staff and glassware.
The Dry Bar
Hosting an alcohol- free bar at your wedding is a wonderful way to celebrate love and togetherness while ensuring that all your guests feel included. With just a bit of creativity your wedding can be as memorable as any other celebration. Low to no Vodka, Gin, Tequila and Rum carefully matched with mixers and garnish. Includes staff and glassware.
The Water Station
A styled water station, containing 330ml bottles of New Forest still and sparkling spring water, for guests to help themselves to on arrival, during the ceremony and throughout the day. An essential add on for peak summer events. Includes ice and glassware.
The Dash Bar
A variety of flavours of Dash water presented in a clear champagne bucket with ice for guests to help themselves throughout the day. An all-natural, deliciously fruity sparkling water infused with misshapen fruit that is rejected by major retailers, making Dash water sustainable. Perfect for a refreshing drink for your guests.
The Baboo Bar
Served to your guests’ usherette style during your drink’s reception, a selection of delicious ice creams from Baboo Gelato, a local artisanal ice cream maker made with local seasonal ingredients. Perfect for those summer events.
As part of your wedding hire, our onsite licensed bar is available throughout your evening reception and staffed from the end of your wedding breakfast until 11pm. If you would prefer to supply your own drinks throughout your wedding, the Castle does not charge corkage, and The Penn Team will serve your evening drinks for you.
